“Me and my partner have now stayed at this hotel twice in the past two years for two big celebrations and the staff are happy to celebrate this with any requirements that are wished or required by yourself. We personally think it’s a fantastic place to stay, it’s a great location, time square is only a few blocks away, good location for hop on/hop off buses, great restaurants and bars around the area and helpful with having pharmacy’s and grocery stores so close, The staff are friendly and never to shy to help and support you with anything and room service etc is amazing! Staff at reception are always caring and will try and help in many ways, doormen are friendly and always up for a chat either when leaving or arriving, noise around isn’t loud and is nice not to be central but close enough! Would highly recommend this hotel, it’s outstanding as well as the staff.”
